Salon Policies

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed for 2 days. If there is any damage to your nails within the first 2 days since your service, please let us know right away so we can fix it for you, free of charge.

  • If you are going to be late for an appointment, please contact Chic Varnish Nails at (302) 294-1728. If you are expecting to be more than fifteen minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled. But as always, we’ll make every effort to take you, or you could be rescheduled.

  • We will not reschedule for any no call or no show after three times for a failed appointment. We will only take you as a walk in for a service.

  • Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Chic Varnish Gift cards are acceptable forms of payment.

  • Valid forms of gratuity include cash, Venmo, or CashApp.

  • We have an ATM within the salon. There will be a $1 surcharge per transaction.

  • Gift cards are sold in-store only. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, gratuities nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards are non-refundable. Chic Varnish Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards or any unauthorized use.

  • Chic Varnish Nails is not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged or lost in the salon.

  • Services are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to fix it for you within our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. Please do not hesitate to let us or the owner know of any concerns. We're here to help!

  • Please keep children within your sight and safety. Safety is our first concern.

  • - Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious

    - Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area

    - Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our services

    - Anyone more than 15-30 minutes late for an appointment

    - Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
